Each hat is made on a manual knitting machine, this allows a sustainable manufacturing process and generates energy savings, using a manual machine gives the flexibility to make small series, adapt to demand, avoid overstocking, and be aware of the quantity that is going to be manufactured.

Florence trains people who did not have the opportunity to finish their basic studies or obtain higher education in this trade, giving them the option of being able to choose another type of job and acquire knowledge of the machinery, the different yarns and patterns that will be woven.
